3. Object of research: the bitumens modified by polymers and surfactant, asphalt concrete on in a complex modified bitumen binder. A research objective: working out of ways of increase of coupling of the bitumens modified by polymers, and water stability asphalt-polymer concretes on the basis of an establishment of physical and chemical features of interaction of the bitumens, including surfactant and polymer, with a solid substrate. Research methods: standard methods of research binders and asphalt concrete, and also special methods and devices that are developed by chair TDSM HNADU. Novelty: theoretically and єкспериментально it is proved, that complex updating of bitumen of substrate and polymer allows to receive binder possessing high elasticity and coupling with a surface of a stone material, and also to raise water stability asphalt concrete on bitumen modified by polymer from substrate. Results: rational technological schemes of combination of components are developed at complex updating of bitumen by polymer and substrate; Technological temperatures bitumens modified by polymers substrate binder with additives are established; it is defined influences of substrate on moistening ability BMP; adhesive activity of substrate in bitumens and BMP a various consistence is estimated; influence of a kind and the maintenance of polymer and substrate on coupling of bitumens of various viscosity with a mineral surface is established; aggregate stability BMP from substrate and thermal stability of their adhesive activity is estimated; are developed "Рекомендації щодо ефективного використання поверхнево-активних речовин у бітумополімерах та асфальтополімербетонах" Р В.2.7-218-02071168-506:2006.
