Object – odontogenic inflammation processes in soft tissues of the maxillofacial area; purpose – raising the effectiveness of local anesthesia and anti-inflammatory effect in the treatment of inflammatory processes in soft tissues of the maxillofacial area; methods – clinical, laboratory, histomorphological, Visual Analog Scale (VAS) tests, algometry, statistical analysis; novelty – for the first time it has been proposed to use a phytosubstance to relieve modeled pain and treat the aseptic inflammation in the oral cavity; results – techniques of administering local anesthesia have been developed complete with a method for treating inflammatory processes in soft tissues; was inculcated into the practice medical establishments; field – stomatology.
