Malik L. Property in the mechanism of agricultural enterprises management.

The object of research: economic development processes and the transformation of ownership relations in agricultural enterprises. Aim: study of theoretical and methodological principles and conceptual approaches to the implementation of property as capital in the management of agricultural enterprises. Methods: dialectic, systematic, historical and logical, analytical, economic and statistical analysis, statistical, graphical, software-based. Theoretical and practical results: the recommendations are determined and suggestions for improving teaching principles of management of agricultural enterprises under transformation of property relations. Scientific novelty: first defined the essence of economic ownership in the mechanism of agrarian enterprises with the selection of criteria and conceptual principles of property management; methodological support improved management and conservation of property, a rating of agricultural enterprises, organizational-economic mechanism of regulation of the lease by using operational and financial leasing, property management principles study of agricultural enterprises on the basis of harmonization of the economic interests of owners, took the further development of theoretical principles concerning the essence of relations of property as an economic category, ownership and classification problems of their preservation and use in different organizational structures and relationships in the context of property management companies various organizational and legal structures, approaches to the management of agricultural enterprises, the formation mechanism of the functions of agricultural enterprises under transformation of property relations. Degree of implementation: results of scientific research used by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine, the Chief of Agricultural Development of Regional State Administration of Agricultural Development and district administrations in the Sumy region.
