Voskalo V. 3. Formation of Strategies of Dwelling Building Development in Ukraine

The processes of development of strategies of dwelling building in Ukraine and regions are the research object, development of important sphere of national economy are spheres of dwelling building and processes of dwelling building. The article of research are theoretical and methodological and organizationally-methodical bases of strategies development of dwelling building and approaches to their realization. The research purpose is generalization, development and improvement of the theoretical and methodological bases of provement of national and regional strategies of dwelling building, which will expose approaches to activation of development of sphere of dwelling building and to determination of volumes of dwelling building for of inhabitants life quality. The author used methods: theoretical generalization and comparison, systems approach, spatial analysis, graphic method, method of analogy etc. The theoretical value of research lays in development of theoretical and methodological bases of development of strategies of dwelling building for improvement of terminology, provement of suggestions on segregation consequences of dwelling building in a strategic documents, development of suggestions for provement national and regional strategies of dwelling building. Practical results of research is made by possibility of the use of the results got an author in practice of development of strategies of dwelling building of a different hierarchical levels (national, regional, local), and also in the management of dwelling building.
