Antonov S. Criminal responsibility for intrusion within work of an official or citizen (private individual), which performs his public duty (Articles 350 and 352 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)

The dissertation is devoted to the comprehensive solution of problems of criminal responsibility for threats, violence, destruction or damaging of property of an official or private individual performing his public duty. The author: studied genesis of Ukrainian criminal law with regard to legal protection of work of officials and citizens (private individuals) performing their public duty; made comparative legal analysis of criminal legislation concerning responsibility for intrusion within work of officials and private individuals performing their public duty; specified generic object of the studied crimes, researched and described its objective and subjective elements, argued for the number of changes in its properties; reviewed sanctions set forth in articles which concern these crimes and studied relevant judicial practice; substantiated proposals concerning improvement of types and degrees of punishment for committing crimes referred to in Articles 350 and 352 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
