In the dissertation were summaries the results of research about legal philosophy understand of conflicts in the sphere of the professional lawyer's activity. The theoretical positions about legal conflict as a problem in Philosophy and Legal theory and conflict's settlement as a form of its termination in the professional lawyer's activity were stated. Theoretical positions and recommendations in according to demands of scientific newness were formulated; they have the sense for the science and legal practice.
