Babanina V. Criminal responsibility for leaving in danger

Dissertation is an integrated scientific monographic work devoted to the solution of problems concerning criminal responsibility for leaving in danger. There was studied the development of criminal legislation which was in effect on the territory of modern Ukraine. Comparative-legal analysis of criminal legislation of Ukraine and foreign countries concerning criminal law bans on leaving in danger was conducted. Objective and subjective features of investigated crime body were considered in detail, recommendations on their improvement were formulated. The author theoretically substantiated the necessity in setting of one of special types of relief from criminal responsibility for leaving in danger.
