Samsonova Y. Legal regulation of production and realization of grapes products in Ukraine

The dissertation is a complex research of the problems of legal regulation of production and realization of grapes products in Ukraine legislation. The historical aspects of the relevant legislation development are analyzed legal relationships formed in the grapes products process are characterized in the work. The specific features of grapes producers judicial personality are studied. Special attention is paid to the contract system in the sphere of grapes products realization. The specific features of sales contracts and grapes supply are considered as well as peculiarities of grapes contracting. Various types of responsibility for contractual delinquency in grapes products are studied and the specific features of responsibility measures concerning the special subject of contractual obligations in viticulture sphere are shown.
