Tomchuk S. Bank Crediting of Leasing Operations of Agroformations

The object of research: a set of processes of bank lending and financial leasing in the agriculture sector within destabilization of financial area. The purpose of research: to determine the theoretical basis and ground of practical recommendations on the development of bank lending to agricultural enterprises leasing operations, identifying conditions of activation of dominant banks expand lending leasing projects agricultural enterprises under condition of financial deregulation environment. Methods:experts appraisal, segmentation, multiple linear regression, modelling, extapolation of factor analysis, logic, as a method of synthesis and reflection. Scientific novelty: the first developed methodological support for combined risk measurement of bank lending to agricultural enterprises, grounded organizational grecommendation for using of real action by banks lending to agricultural enterprises with innovative leasing hybrid technologies, improved scientific support of the measures of state support of leasing operations in the agricultural area, segmentation of the credit risks of leasing transactions agricultural enterprises, given further development of theoretical tools of identification of financial leasing as a special category, the dominant rationale of bank lending conditions intensify agricultural enterprises leasing projects. Introduction: the results were used at the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine, in Vinnytsia regional administation of "State Savings Bank of Ukraine", agroformation "Bohonytske", in the educational process of Vinnitsa State Agricultural University.
