In thesis is determined the role of the human factor in personnel strategies of the enterprises oriented on export activity in the conditions of hard competition market; are investigated the methods of forming of personnel; мethodical positions concerning improvement of a control system by the personnel for formation of the export-focused enterprises' competitiveness which are based on the algorithm of adaptation of experience and generalization of influence of personnel strategy of transnational corporations on macro-and microlevels in sphere of management by the personnel in conditions of a rigid market competition are offered.
