Veselovska O. The investment providing of economic development of the oldindustrial regions

A research object is an investment process in old-industry regions. The purpose of dissertation work is an improvement of t theoretical approaches and development of scientific and practical suggestions in relation to forming of the system and mechanisms of the investment providing of economic development of old-industry regions. Theoretical and methodological basis of research are modern positions of economic science in relation to organization of investment process, including investment providing of economic development of regions. The method of comparative-historical analysis, system-functional method, methods of analysis and synthesis, statistical methods, calculation-analytical method, graphic method, method of comparison, is in-process used. As a result of the conducted research methodical approaches are improved and scientific and practical suggestions are grounded in relation to forming of the system and mechanisms of the investment providing of economic development of old-industry regions taking into account basic limitations and calls of transformation economy. Scientific novelty: conceptual vision of between-regions investment competition is offered; the methodological going is improved near determination of strategic vectors of the investment providing of old-industry regions; determination of concept "Stimulation of the investment providing of economic development of regions is improved "; the scientific going is improved near the evaluation of investment climate of region; scientific positions got further development in relation to the system of state administration the investment providing of development of old-industry regions, and also methodical providing of process of management investing of development of old-industry regions. Positions of dissertation research are applied in-process Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, State agency of Ukraine of investments and innovations, Krivoy Rog institute of National economic university of Kiev the name of Vadim Get'man.
