Essay

On 78 patients with partial dentition defects prosthetics in the condition of bone atrophy with the purpose to prevent atrophy of the alveolar bone bone substitutes (bioimplants) was used. Two used methods of bone substitutes were based on making of dental root replica or replica of dental alveolus root defect from material of B-threeecalcium phosphate.Use of laser irradiation improves the obtained results. Efficiency of prosthetics at the partial loos of teeth with the use the methods grew up from 44,8% to 100%.
