Bulat M. State Support in the System of Agriculture Regulation.

Research object: are theoretical-methodological and practical aspects of forms and methods of state support of agriculture of Ukraine. Research purpose: there is the theoretical ground and development of bases of effective mechanism of state support of agriculture, application of which will provide food safety of country and responds to request WTO. Methods: economic analysis, analysis and synthesis, graphic, groupment, deductive and inductive, comparison. Theoretical and practical results: the formulated scientific positions and practical developments allow to perfect the system of adjusting of state support of agriculture. Scientific novelty: first: the conceptual model of mechanism of state support of agriculture of Ukraine which in crisis terms foresees the system changes in an agrarian sector is grounded, responds to request WTO, provides the sufficient level of support of agricultural commodity producers and effective development of industry of agriculture; improved: theoretical and methodological approaches in relation to forming of the system of consultative services and development of consulting in Ukraine; got subsequent development: determination of classification signs of state support in the cut of the programs of financing of agriculture of Ukraine having a special purpose from the state budget. Degree of introduction: the results of dissertation are inculcated in the economies of the Dnipropetrovsk region and Ukraine. Efficiency: will be instrumental in rational organization of the system of state support of agriculture. Sphere, use of branch: agroindustrial production of Ukraine.
