This dissertation describes the methodological and scientifically-applied principles of the organizational providing of the activity of networks of format trade enterprises, and the mechanism of their effective functioning in a market environment. The theoretically methodological principles of vertical and horizontal co-operation of participants of goods and services market are explored by the way of establishing the networks or integrated connections and also independent relations.
