In the advanced study the presented results of hysto-morphological and clinical researches of efficiency of application of the worked out medical and preventive measures of atrophy alveolar to the sprout at substituting for the defects of dental rows. First new methodical approach is scientifically reasonable and worked out in relation to the prophylaxis of atrophy alveolar to the sprout and application of bone-therapy with dental implants. It is first shown that application of prophylactic measures at rational prothetic conduces to the improvement of indexes of level of atrophy of alveolar sprout.
