3.Research object: intestinal microbiocenosis in intestinal dysbacteriosis, correction microflora by probiotics. Purpose: elaboration of the principles of differential microbiocenosis correction in the intestinal dysbacteriosis on the basis antagonistic activity researches of probiotic microorganism strains. Methods: clinical and microbiological research methods, identification the isolated cultures, determination of microbial sensitivity to antibiotics by dice diffusion method, determination of microbial sensitivity against bacteriophage’s medicine by Otto method. Determination of sensitivity of pathogеnic and opportunistic intestinal microorganisms against antagonistic activity of probiotic strains. Teoretical and practical result: elaboration of the principles of differential microbiocenosis correction in the intestinal dysbacteriosis on the basis researches intestinal dysbacteriosis in gastrointestinal patology, on the base of information about sensitivity of clinical isolates to antibiotics and probiotic microorganism strains. Novelty: the elaboration of conception of the two-staged intestinal dysbacteriosis treatment schemes, which include the stage of opportunistic agents elimination and the following stage of intestinal normocenosis restoration. The antagonistic activity spectra of various probiotic strains against clinical isolates of pathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms, are experimentally determined. The mutual antagonistic activity of probiotic strains was determined for the evaluation of the possibility it combination use. On the basis of information about sensitivity of clinical isolates to probiotics, antibiotics and bacteriophages the optimal treatment schemes were еlaborated, which allowed to improve the treatment efficiency of patients with intestinal dysbacteriosis syndrome. The degree of introduction consists in the fact that results were used in education, treatment of the clinic patients and the bacteriological laboratory. Sphere (branch) of the use: medicine.
