Volkova V. Complex of mechanisms of management by capitalization of banks in Ukraine

The processes of management by capitalization of banks come forward a research object. Research methods: scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction; statistical methods of estimation of dynamic rows; methods of formal and dialectical logic, functional approach, methods of economic analysis, mathematical design. Research results: the terms of capitalization of banks are first exposed in Ukraine and conception of management by capitalization of banks on the basis of functional approach which allows to promote financial stability of banks is offered; methodical approaches to the analysis of management by capitalization of banks in Ukraine are improved; the normatively-legal, organizational and financial mechanisms of management by capitalization of banks got further development. The practical value of work is determined by introduction of results of research in practice of management by capitalization of cotton WOOLS "Profynbank",
