A research object is the processes of management by development of industry. Research methods: generalization, abstractions and analogies, inductions and deductions, methods of analysis of dynamics and comparison of information, systems approach, index method. Results: the concept of impulses of economic development and their description is certain; conception of management by industry on the basis of recognition and estimation of impulses of economic development with the use of systems approach is developed; improved: mechanism of management by industry, which is aimed on prevention of losses of results of financial activity from the ineffective use of possibilities of development and direction of management by industry of Ukraine, which allow to take into account innovative impulses in the process of development of strategies of economic development of industry; got further development methodical approach to recognition of impulses of economic development and case frame by industry, which provides organization, co-ordination and control of process of their creation and realization. Practical value: drawn on results of research in work of industrial enterprise of the Pak "Styrol LTD."
