Ukrainskaya O. Financial risks of economic entities: assessment and mitigation of their negative influence

The process of estimation and decline of financial risks of subjects of management is a research object. Research methods: scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, logical generalization, systems approach, groupment, comparison, regressive analysis, structural and factor analysis. Scientific results: estimation of potential of decline of the negative influencing of financial risks on the basis of determination of legal and resource possibilities of the use of preventive and compensative approaches to influencing on them of subject of management is first offered, that allows to reduce his losses because of financial crisis; determination of features of influencing of financial risks on the parameters of financial relations of subject of management is improved; methodical approach to estimation of level of the negative influencing of financial risks of subjects of management; further development was got: concept of financial risk of subject of management on the basis of his essence feature extraction; conception and mechanism of estimation and decline of the negative influencing of financial risks. Practical value of results: were drawn on basic results of research at forming of mechanism of estimation and decline of the negative influencing of financial risks on activity of subjects of management in the Joint-stock COMPANY "Donetskstal' is metallurgical factory".
