Kibuk T. Strategic potential of enterprise (on the materials of the enterprises of metallurgical branch of industry of Ukraine)

Processes of maintenance of efficiency of functioning of the enterprise in the long-term period. A scientific substantiation of teoretiko-methodical and applied aspects of estimation and enterprise management in strategic potential. Scientific and special methods: system approach, supervision, comparison, generalisation of the data, groupings, analysis, synthesis, formalisations, modelling, forecasting and expert estimations, - which permitted to solve problem tasks of the selected direction of research. The expediency of application of three-level structures of strategic potential of the enterprise is proved. The model of estimation of strategic potential of the enterprise is developed. Procedure of development and realisation of strategy of the enterprise taking into account estimation and management stages in its strategic potential is improved. Recommendations of methodical, organizational character concerning introduction of model of estimation and management in strategic potential are used.
