An object is a process of forming of economic security of motor transport enterprise. A purpose is deepening of theoretical bases development of methodical recommendations in relation to determination of economic strength of motor transport enterprise and warning of threats of loss them of economic security security. Methods - logical generalization, finansovo-ekonomichnogo analysis, cross-correlation regressive to the analysis, ekonomiko mathematical design. A transitional area is first selected from the area of economic danger to the area of economic security in economic activity of motor transport enterprise and its limits are grounded.
