Baskakova J. Changing the Essence of Labour Contract with State Employees

The research deals with the characteristic of social and legal nature of terms of labour contract with state employees. The notion of a state employee as a subject of labour relations has been clarified; legal nature of the essence of labour contract with state employees has been analyzed; characteristic to the social cooperation between contracting parties of labour contract during changing the essence of labour contract with state employees has been given. The order of changing the essence of labour contract with state employees has been specified; peculiarities of changing the essence of labour according to the labour contract with state employees have been examined.
