Akulich A. Peculiarities of Public Prosecutor's Officer's Legal Status as a Subject of Labour Law

Dissertation is devoted to specificity and issues of public prosecutor's officer's legal status as a subject of Labour law, which is viewed as the main characteristic of legal status of a person in connection with her other statuses, which she might possess. Public prosecutor's officer's legal status is a result of execution of Labour rather than Administrative relationship. Nevertheless admitting the origin of Labour relationship doesn't deny the possibility of existence of Administrative relationship. They might exist simultaneously. Relationship, on of the sides in which is a public prosecutor's investigator, is dual by its nature.
