Kiyashko V. Legal Regulation of the Activity of the Enterprise, Institution, Organization Executive as a Participator of the Labour Legal Relations

The thesis is dedicated to the research of the legal regulation of the activity of the enterprise, institution, organization executive as a participator of the labour legal relations, and to the disclosure of the legal status of the enterprise, institution, organization executive as a participator of the labour legal relations. It is argued, that the legal status of the executive, compared to one of the employer and the other employees, is characterized by the ambiguity: on the one hand, the executive has to comply with the interests of the employer (owner), on the other hand he acts in the organisational-administrative sphere in the name of the propriety owner, represent the employer in the legal relations with the workers.
