Shevtsov A. Legal Regulation of Public Prosecutor's Officers' Labour Activity

Dissertation is devoted to peculiarities and issues of legal regulation of public prosecutor's officers' labour activity as subjects of Labour law. The work give reasons for complex regulation of service-labour relationship aimed on expending general labour principles and guarantees on public prosecutor's officers. The dissertation provides arguments for recognition of labour contract as the only ground for execution of service-labour relationship. Labour contract with a candidate for position in public prosecutor's office is an agreement according to which the candidate undertakes responsibility and a public organ undertakes responsibility to pay salary and provide work conditions.
