The aim of the thesis research is development of theoretical and methodological recommendations to the creation of effective system managing economic risks at corporative enterprises of the agrarian sphere. The object of research - the process of managing economic risks at corporative enterprises of the agrarian sphere under the conditions of uncertainty of agribusiness. Methods: abstract-and-logical, monographic, statistics and economics, mathematics. Theoretical results: the enrichment of science are theoretical and methodological developments for managing economic risks. Practical results: the possibility of introducing the recommendation by corporative enterprises of the agrarian sphere. Scientific novelty: the first time the methodological approach of solving the scientific problem of managing economic risks at corporative enterprises of the agrarian sphere under the conditions of uncertainty is presented. Degree of implementation: scientific and methodological development are recommended for implementation by the Directorate of Agriculture Development of Zhytomyr Regional State Administration, Zhytomyr National Agroecological University, JSC "Zhytomyrsky butter plant", JSC "Novograd-Volynsky broad plant". Effectiveness: results of research will improve the economic efficiency of managing economic risks at corporative enterprises of the agrarian sphere.
