The proposed dissertation work complex explored activity financial non–banking institute and validly their influence upon development financial market of the Ukraine, is brought their categorization. Will revealed economic essence non-banking financial institute, their place on the financial market and is proved that they are important component in system financial intermediaries. The modern state and basic factors which influence on the development of non-banking financial institutes in Ukraine is investigation. Regressive models are worked out functioning of non-banking financial institutes, in which influence of different macroeconomic indexes is represented on the assets of non-banking financial institutes.
