Kostuchek O. Formation of the mechanism of updating of hightechnological production at an enterprise

The object is processes of innovation of high technological production at the machine-building enterprise in conditions of transformation economy. The aim is the forming organizational-economic mechanism innovation of high technological production in conditions of integrated scientific-industrial com- plexses and processes of transformation economy. The methods are system approach, expert estimate, priority coefficient, mathematical statistics, weight coefficient, simulation technique. Theoretical and practical results are the elaboration of methodological approaches to systematization interactive factors enterprise and affiliation prevail factors for specific conditions of innovation high technological production, resulted recommendations of program mainte- nance of innovation on basis of simulation of sets of innovate on computer equipment, offered of methodological approaches of bulk organization to preparation multiproduct of machinebuilding production, offered of methodological approaches to forming mechanism of management innovation pro- grames at the marches of IFG.
