We studied the scientific and practical features of the formation and utilization staff of accounting services of agricultural enterprises, formed a system of methods for the study of all components of the capacity of accounting services and the factors that influence the process of its formation and use of. Using the method of expert evaluations, GMAT method, method of calculation of integral indicators identified priority number of factors that influence the motivation of the formation and utilization of accounting services; defined level of organization of accounting work in the surveyed enterprises.
