Antoshyna Т. Influencing residual stress on stability of rectangular plates.

The method of determination of residual stress an electromagnetic method is developed. The calculation methods of determination of parameters of the residual stress state which arises up in rectangular plates after adjusting local thermal influences are improved. The task of determination of stability of rectangular plates is decided taking into account influence of the residual stress state. Experimental researches are conducted and information is first got about the change of the residual stress state after adjusting. The conducted researches allowed to estimate influence of the residual stress state on stability of rectangular plates. Planning methodology is developed economical on the expense of steel of the compressed sheet elements of weldments with the managed residual stress state. The developed methodology can be applied for the designed and on-the-road constructions.
