Essay

The thesis is devoted to the decision of topical question of the hereditary form of angioneurotic edema (AE): detection of patients of this form, determination of their immunological and biochemical characteristics, differential diagnostics with allergic form of AE and development of treatment methods. All patients, who participate in testing, passed complex clinical, allergologi-cal, immunological and biochemical checkup. The results showed that the drifts of their immune status are not stable and typical for secondary immunodeficiency. For the fist time the diagnostic complex within the angioneurotic edema, which consists of medical history, level detection of C1-dissociable inhibitor and C4 component of the complement, functional activity of C1-dissociable inhibitor, content evaluation of general IgE, CD 20 lymphocytes, quinine protease and its in-hibitors, determination of kininogenase activity, content of alfa2МГ and the coeffi-cient of correlation and the level alfa1ИП, was elaborated. The comparative evalua-tion of the findings of hereditary and allergic forms of AE was held. There was discovered the combined form of AE. The differential approach to care delivery of hereditary form of AE patients was created; the basis of this approach consists of detected level of C1-dissociable inhibitor.
