Thesis is devoted to determining the essence and peculiarities of proof in administrative legal procedure in Ukraine; formulating well-reasoned offers and recommendations about its improvement. Peculiarities of forming and development of administrative legal procedure in Ukraine are analyzed; its notion and tasks are determined and characterized. The notion, peculiarities, features and kinds of evidence in administrative legal procedure are disclosed. The notion and peculiarities of proof in administrative legal procedure are found out. Kinds of subjects of proof in administrative legal procedure and peculiarities of their participation in the process of proving are characterized.
