Theoretical foundation has been created and the algorithms of computer research and solution of mathematical tasks are built with the approximately initial data which arise up at the mathematical design of processes, phenomena, systems in different subject domains, where decision of tasks of linear algebra (linear algebraic systems and and weighted least squares problem) is the intermediate or finishing stage. Results of research is executed both for the computers of traditional architecture and parallel MIMD-computers. A conceptual basis of both a methodology for the computer investigation of mathematical models with approximately given initial data and software intended for the automatic solving of such problems is a correlated process: the investigation of mathematical properties of machine models of problems, the construction of a method for the obtaining of an approximate solution depending on the revealed characteristics of the machine model as well as the reliability estimation of the machine solution.
