Essay

The object of research: Sintering production of iron ore materials in vacuum conditions. The subject of research: Balling iron ore materials in return conditions. The methods of research. Physical and mathematical modeling. Fundamental laws of mass and heat exchange, basic laws of metallurgical processes theory are in the base of the research. The research results are treated on the base of the empirical and statistical methods. Novelty. The method and device for return balling in one aggregate are developed. The granules of narrow range with the sintering possibility in 500-600mm layers are obtained. The methods of pelletizes' parameters are developed. The recommendations of mixture heating in the layer are proposed. The elimination method of negative influence upon gas-permeability of the overwetting zone is developed.
