Umanska V. Development of sugar beet agriculture sub complex of Ukraine

Theses the dedicated to research of theory-methodological formation and introduction bases of organization-economical and technological systems of actions of formatting and functioning regional sugar market, its economic stability and further effective development. Modern progress of production of sugar beets and sugar trends are discovered in Ukraine and determined basic directions which foresee overcoming the negative consequences of world financial crisis in a sugar-beet subcomplex. There was regenerated strategy of regulation of sugar-beet subcomplex, developed recommendations on increasing economical efficiency of sugar beet and sugar which foresee sizes optimization of highly productive raw materials areas of sugar-beet regions and improvement state and markets levers relations in industry. There were regenerated methodical approaches in relation to determining size of state sponsorship on proceeding in natural fertility soil in the beet crop rotations. There was suggested regulation of markets relations in sugar-beet subcomplex on the base of the large integrated specialized associations.
