Object of the study: patients with unstable angina (UA) and COPD. Objectives. To improve efficiency of UA diagnostics associated with COPD based on the evaluation of the lipid profile, system inflammatory indices, immune reactivity, microbiologic assessment of respiratory tract microflora and analysis of the correlation between parameters studied and Сhlamydophila pneumoniae infection. The metods are clinicals, instrumentals, laboratory and statisticals metods. Scientific novelty of the achieved results. The incidence of the Сhlamydophila pneumoniae infection in patients with UA associated with COPD and correlation between lipid profile, state of the cell and humoral immunity, signs of the system inflammation with specific antichlamidophila pneumoniae immunity based on the clinical research was established for the first time. It was noted that immune disorders in patients with UA associated with COPD are represented by T-cell and humoral link of immunity activation on the background of the extensive system inflammation that worsens under the influence of Сhlamydophila pneumoniae infection. The role of Сhlamydophila pneumoniae infection in lipid metabolism disorders, non-specific immune reactivity and development of the system inflammation was established in patients with UA associated with COPD. Results - based on the studies performed a number of peculiarities of the pathogenetic mechanisms of reciprocal complication of the clinical course of the disease in patients with unstable angina combined with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were implemented. The incidence of the Сhlamydophila pneumoniae infection and its impact on the impairment of the immune reactivity, activation of the systemic inflammation and blood lipid profile in these patients cohort were established. The qualitative state of lower respiratory tract microflora and its influence on the certain pathogenetic links were assessed in patients with unstable angina combined with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The field is medicine.
