Tsurkan R. The pea aphids (Acyrtosiphon pisum H.) and ecological substantiation of protection system of pea crops in the Forest-Steppe Zone of Ukraine.

Objects of research - the pea aphids, peas plants, modern insecticides. The purpose - improvement of ecologically safe integrated system of the crop protection of peas from a pea aphids in Forest-Steppe Zone of Ukraine taking into account soil-climatic conditions and technology of cultivation of culture. Methods - standard in an entomology and protection of plants: field and laboratory, a statistical method. Scientific novelty - in a of Forest-Steppe Zone of Ukraine under modern conditions the biological features of development and seasonal population dynamics of this pest were studied and verified. Features of biology and ecology of these phytophages depending on abiotic factors and specific composition of entomophages of a pea field, and also their role in decrease of number of a pea aphids were specified. The influence of agrotechnical measures, in particular times and norms of sowing, on number of this pest in an agrocenosis of a pea field were specified. The modern different sorts of peas were evaluated for sensitivity to the colonization by pests. The technical efficiency of modern insecticides from different chemical groups at treatment of plants of peas and toxication of seeds was established. An existing system of protection of peas from this pest which include different norm of use of insecticides was improved. Branch - agriculture, protection of plants.
