Essay

This Dissertation deals with development of theoretical, methodological and practical principals and functioning of production clusters in Ukraine, being a new and efficient instrument of competitiveness increase of regional companies. It has been reasonably grounded the expediency of clasterization mechanism use by Ukrainian Pre-Danube Companies basing on examples of highly developed countries and Ukrainian experience of clusters introduction. It has been improved the theoretical and methodological approach as to promotion of innovation and technological process of companies joining to carry out profound researches on formation in companies the most perspective directions of development of new production innovative structures (clusters) and determination of stimulation models for its development as well as organizational approaches as to development of institutional network of companies jointed into production clusters and grounded into the general cluster structure at mesointegration level.
