Dissertation is devoted development productive technologists superficial treatment of instrumental steel- of plasma superficial modification.Developed and patented plasma torch of indirect action in by the conical area of plasma channel, allowing to promote heat increasing in the processed sur-face and possessing the enhanceable resource of work.For the design of plasma treatment with micro malting the algorithm of cal-culation of nonlinear differential equalization of heat conductivity is developed with the use of the soft providing of MSC.Patran Nastran: Researches of structure and phase composition of the modified layers are conducted in highspeed instrumental steel at superficial plasma malting.Influence of plasma superficial modification is investigational mechanisms of formation of remaining tensions in the fire-polished layers of instrumental steel, shock viscidity of instrumental steel.The technological processes of plasma superficial modification are devel-oped.
