Lyuznyak M. Bank's competitiveness at the regional market

The researched results of theoretical and practical bases of the bank's competitiveness providing are investigated in the dissertation. The concept "bank's competitiveness at the regional market" is entered; factors that provide bank's competitiveness at the regional markets are defined. The author has improved the method of the complex diagnosing of external environment of the region in order to determine the financial expedience of business development on the territory. The methodical-applied approach to the planning of banking regional departments' activity is refined. The method of optimization of bank's regional structure is presented, the result of which is to determine the optimum amount of regional structural subdivisions of banking institute. Its effectiveness as an anticipating instrument for taking inefficiency decisions on the step of banking regional structure changes is proved.
