The research of the dissertation contains theoretically legal aspect of the legal position of the child in Ukraine, tendentious pre-conditions of the development of juvenile right and justice. The problem of the position of the child in modern Ukraine with historically legal analysis of the development of basic rights, freedoms and fundamental directions of potential acquisition by the child delict and capable status in quality of the special subject of publicly legal relationships with the general understanding of the essence and legal nature of position is researched by the author.
