Essay

In basis this work is devoted to the development of new approaches in the treatment of post-traumatic sialoadenitis by changing the design of removable dentures. The research based on a set of clinical, laboratory and histo-chemical studies. Proposed an improved design of removable plate dentures on the upper and lower jaw in the complex treatment of post-traumatic sialoadenitis aimed at preventing injuries, as excretory ducts, and the body of large salivary glands. On the basis of clinical and laboratory studies of functional activity of the salivary glands, the rate of migration of leukocytes, desquamation epiteliya, found that the use complex method of treatment can improve treatment efficacy, reduce treatment time up to 7 days, to achieve long-term success over 1 year.
