Essay

The dissertation is devoted an actual problem - to improvement of quality of surgical treatment sick of a cancer of a throat by working out and introduction of a technique of performance laryngectomi with use electrowelding. It is found that the use of welding allows quick and bloodless separate soft tissue: decreased intraoperative blood loss of 2.8 times, reduced time of surgical intervention (in 1.4 times) and as a consequence - the reduction of finding a patient under the influence of anesthesia. Stated terms of reducing post-operative rehabilitation (stay in hospital for 2.6 days less).
