Object: The process of strategic cost management of industrial enterprises. Objective: To study the theoretical foundations and development based on these provisions and practical proposals for the formation and implementation process of strategic cost management knowledge-intensive enterprises. Novelty: A model of the strategic cost management knowledge-intensive enterprises; improved approach to establishing the goal of strategic management costs for high technology companies. Methods - abstract and synthesis, statistical analysis, expert judgments, correlation analysis, modeling. The results are applied in machine-building enterprises and educational process.
