Velychko O. Forming and effective use of labour resources at agricultural enterprises

The dissertation deals with the elaboration of theoretical and methodical principles and practical recommendations concerning increasing of effective development and labour resources use at the agricultural enterprises of a region. The definition "labour resources of rural territories" is introduced. Social and economic factors which influence their development, formation and effective use are determined.The strategy of the forming and effective use of labour resources at agricultural enterprises and their prospective prognosis are performed. The algorithm of the determination of multidimensional average of labour resources use at the agricultural companies with limited liability as one of the most widespread legal forms of economy in the Poltava region is substantiated. The organizational structure of cluster of agricultural associations on regional level which foresees the mutual collaboration and cooperation of work of its participants is proposed.
