Науменко В. Economic-organizational mechanism of managing the development priorities of large trading agroformations

This work explains and examines the following interrelated topics: economic nature of agroformations' priorities and factors that determine ways of their management; methodological approaches to formation economic mechanism and organizational structure of enterprise management; foreign experience in transformation and development of agrofomations in the sphere of agricultural production. The dissertation has reasoned that major effort of management authorities in agroindustrial complex should aim not at the improvement of procedural and institutional forms of agro formations' functioning, but at the creation of favorable social-economic environment. For this matter, the thesis suggests a technique for determining the equilibrium prices, which gives an opportunity to critically evaluate competitiveness of a product in the area of plant production.The dissertation defines directions for construction of economic-organizational mechanisms of managing the development priorities of large trading agroformations. Based on this mechanism the author develops and validates the economic-organizational optimization mechanism for management of large trading agroformations of deepened specialization, using economic-mathematical methods. The study also identifies development priorities of diversified agroformations and determines economic-organizational principles of raw material zones formation in large trading agricultural enterprises.
