Essay

The thesis is devoted to issues of diagnosis improvement for patients with chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis (CHP) in the presence of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and to development of optimal ways for their treatment.The estimation of the obtained results in investigating subjective and objective data, indices of cytomorphological and immunological research and mathematical analysis of the immune response in the treatment dynamics make it possible to conclude that combined treatment of CHP and GERD is the most effective treatment method for the above patients. The obtained data also make it possible to recommend application of the combined treatment method for treating otorhinolaryngological and gastroenterological pathologies in patients with CHP and GERD.
