The dissertation presents the theoretic conclusion of the complex study’s results of the morphologic and functional changes of the stomach, functional state of endothelium, metabolic and hemocoagulation disorders in diabetes mellitus patients and new decision of scientific and practical problem – slowdowning of the development of diabetes gastropathy by the suggestion of new methods of differential treatment according to the manifestation of the endothelium dysfunction, variants of motor function disorders of the stomach and the type of diabetes mellitus.
