Gordiychuk M. Complex treatment of the mandible fractures in the background of repair correction

On the basis of occurrence hazard of inflammatory complications, there were developed treatment charts of compound mandible fractures which allow choosing different treatment approach due to course severity. There were suggested treatment charts of compound mandible fractures with complex of medications of natural origin, action of which is directed to the main pathogenetic mechanisms of the development of inflammatory complications. Clinical efficacy of suggested methods of the treatment of compound mandible fractures was investigated. It allowed avoiding infectious complications. There were researched indicators of bone resorptions and bone formation in compound mandible fracture characterizes condition of reparation of bone after injury. Suggested method of complex treatment of compound mandible fractures with grape polyphenols, ozone, nanopreparation allowed decreasing of inflammatory complications in patients with compound mandible means of correction of microbiologic and immunologic indexes, optimizing bone reparation and positives clinical symptoms dynamics ensuing positive treatment and economic effect.
