Mariya B. Мechanism of the bank capital forming in Ukraine

Actual questions related to the determination of the economic essence and the mechanism of the banking capital structure forming are investigated as well as the principles of the banking regulation are grounded. The essences of the term of "capitalization" as well as the process of the capitalization while forming stable part of the capital base of the banks are detected. Current state and main tendencies of the equity capital as the basis of the functioning of the bank as well as the regulative capital as the basis of the banking activity regulation are determined. The mechanism of the banking capital forming on the borrowed basis as well as the deposit forming of the capital is analyzed. Perspective directions of the funds flow revival as well as the vectors of the improvement of the process of capital structure forming are worked out.The evaluation of the capital adequacy according to the profitability criteria is fulfilled on the basis of the developed economic model as well as the practical recommendations for the capital structure forming depending on the banking group belongings are outlined. Founded on the results of the investigation concerning international experience of the capital base growth practical recommendations for the increasing of the capitalization level of the commercial banks in Ukraine in the conditions of the world financial crisis are proposed
